Anne Osborne has been on a fruit-based vegan diet since 1991. She eats a fruit diet because it ticks all the boxes — ethically, spiritually, environmentally, and health-wise — and it is the way of eating that works best for her personally.
Anne has raised two very happy and healthy children on fruit diets, which she describes as the most joyful experience of her life. Her book "Fruitarianism: The Path to Paradise" was published in 2009, and the Italian version "Fruttarismo: la via verso il Paradiso" was published in Italy in 2011.
She spends much of her time planting and caring for fruit trees, enjoying the wonders of nature, and offering health coaching to share her experiences of fruit and fruit-based diets. Anne is passionate about creating a symbiotic relationship with our Beautiful Planet.
